This wine presents an attractive pastel color. Aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant join to very present tannins. With the aim of leaving the tannins all their natural aromas, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape is not filtered. It is thus necessary to expect that a deposit forms at the bottom of the bottle. It spoils not at all the quality of the wine.
